Moving Together
You can absolutely do these at home on your own. But, it's not always easy getting a group of 6-10 kids together. Plus, you know they respond differently when there's a new voice from the teacher/coach :)Â

Their Own Team!
I was surprised by how well it went. One thing I didn't anticipate, especially for children with older siblings, was how much the kids enjoyed having their own "sport" to attend.Â

Exploring Sports
Lastly, I'm very sensitive to the idea of rushing kids into overly planned activities. There is a delicate balance to strike here with order and discovery. Our sports-themed games help kids begin their long-term "athletic" journey on the right foot with the right attitude :)
